Elizabeth Silfa Micheli

Senior Associate at Headrick. Admitted to practice in 2015. Her practice is focused on general business matters, banking and financial law, project financing, contracts, collateral, mergers and acquisitions, immigration law, real estate matters, corporate law, environmental law, regulatory matters, foreign investment, and data protection and privacy.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2015.

In 2016 she participated in the intensive program U.S. Legal Methods: Introduction to U.S. Law, at the Institute for U.S. Law, in affiliation with the George Washington University Law School, in Washington, D.C., United States of America. She has a Master of Laws in Corporate Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), and in 2021 obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Fashion Law with concentration in business, e-commerce and digital transformation, from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid, Spain. In 2025, she completed a Specialized Program in Project Finance at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles – IEB in Madrid, Spain, an institution sponsored by the Madrid Stock Exchange and affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid and Rey Juan Carlos University.

Elizabeth is actively involved in the Dominican Republic chapter of “Women in the Profession (WIP)”, a program of the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice which promotes the advancement of women in the legal profession with an emphasis on individual leadership and leadership within the legal profession, while working to use the practice of law to enhance the status of women in general and ensure women equal protection under the law.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and has avanced knowledge of French.
