Jorgelina Martínez Castillo

Associate Attorney at Headrick. Admitted to practice in 2023. Ms. Martínez’s practice is focused on general business matters, civil law, immigration law, corporate law, and real state law. Jorgelina regularly provides legal advice and assistance to both multinational and local companies on immigration matters related to their foreign personnel and international hiring processes. Additionally, she assists in real estate transactions and procedures.

Ms. Martínez received her Bachelor of Laws (Magna Cum Laude), from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2023 with a concentration in corporate law and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Real Estate Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Jorgelina is a Certified Immigration Advisor by Instituto Internacional de Capacitación (IINTCAP).

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
