Lilly Acevedo Gómez

Partner at the Firm. Admitted to the professional practice in 2012. She is currently the Director of the Intellectual Property and Regulatory Affairs Department of the Firm. Her exercise is focused in providing advise on regulatory matters to pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies, as well as to companies with products of massive consumption, such as food and beverages, including advice on trading issues, regarding the distribution, packaging promotion and publicity of such products, permits to regulated industries, advice of Intellectual Property matters, specially on trademarks and projects related to the protection of intellectual property rights.

Ms. Acevedo received her Bachelor of Laws, Cum Laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2004. She obtained a Diploma on International Business and Commercial Law, Universidad Iberoamericana – Fundación Institucionalidad y Justicia (FINJUS) in 2005. In 2010, she obtained her Master of Arts (MA) in International Legal Studies. Handong International Law School (HILS). She is fluent in Spanish and English; and has basic knowledge of French.
