Her practice is concentrated in diverse areas of the law with great impact in the business activities, including, corporate and commercial, real estate, as well as financial and regulatory matters. She has ample experience in contract drafting, mergers, acquisitions, real estate transactions and project development, financing, distribution agreements, foreign investment and free zones. She has actively collaborated in the revision of drafts of diverse regulations.
Lic. Jáquez has also participated as a lecturer in the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Member of the Legal Committee of the French Dominican Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFD).

Lic. Jáquez received her Law Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in the year 1999. In the year 2000 she obtained the Diplôme Superior de L’Université – Droit Commercial from L’Université de Droit, d’Économie et de Sciences Sociales de Paris, Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), Paris, France. She obtained a master’s degree in Comparative Law and International Business Law from L’Université de Savoie (Faculté de Droit et d’Ėconomie) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in a dual degree program, in the year 2007. She participated in the course “International Legal Training: Strategic Directions for International Practice”, imparted by the New York City Bar Association in the city of New York, United States of America, in the year 2008; and obtained a Diploma on Law No. 141-15 on Restructuring and Liquidation of Companies and Merchant Individuals, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, granted by Gaceta Judicial, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2021, she completed the Program on Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School. In 2023, she received the Diploma on University Pedagogy from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
She speaks fluent Spanish and English and possesses broad knowledge of French.
