Antomyl Novo Sánchez

Associate Attorney at Headrick. Admitted to practice in 2024. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, particularly civil and arbitral litigation involving contractual disputes, civil liability and other related matters. His practice also encompasses constitutional, administrative, and real estate law.

Antomyl received his Bachelor of Laws, received his Bachelor of Laws, Summa Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2024, with a 4.0 GPA and a concentration in Corporate Law. He also received the Jorge Abraham Hazoury Bahlés Award for Academic Excellence, the highest academic distinction awarded by UNIBE. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Procedure at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).

He is the author of articles on civil law, civil procedure, and constitutional law published in Gaceta Judicial magazine and the newspaper Acento, including “Construcción y aplicación del Precedente en la República Dominicana” (“Construction and Application of Precedent in the Dominican Republic”) and “Contestación Seria como Límite al Juez de los Referimientos” (“Serious Challenge as a Limitation to the Judge in Summary Proceedings”), among others. He is also co-author of “Delimitación del Mercado Relevante en los Mercados Multilaterales” (“Delimitation of the Relevant Market in Multisided Markets”) and “Propuesta de Regulación de las Cláusulas de No Competencia en el Ordenamiento Dominicano” (“Proposed Regulation of Non-Compete Clauses under Dominican Law”), competition law papers that received recognition in the National Commission for the Defense of Competition (Pro-Competencia)’s essay competitions.

He is fluent in Spanish and English, and has advanced knowledge in French.
