Arlin Espinal received her Bachelor of Laws, Magna Cum Laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2016 and the certificate of a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), in 2023.

She is fluent in English and Spanish; and has basic knowledge of French.
