J. Rafael Roque Deschamps

J. Rafael Roque received his Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2016.

In 2019, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM); and in 2021, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M).

He is fluent in English and Spanish and has advanced knowledge of French.
