José Daniel Rodríguez Muñoz

Associate Attorney at Headrick – Corporate Division. Admitted to practice in 2024. Mr. Rodriguez is part of the corporate division and concentrates his practice on general business law, corporate law, real estate law, and commercial law in general.

Mr. Rodriguez received his Bachelor of Laws, Summa Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2024, with concentrations in Corporate Law, Administrative Law and Human Rights. Additionally, he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Transactions Law at the Instituto OMG in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and has basic knowledge of French.
