Lucia Amalia Lezcano Sicard

Associate Attorney at Headrick. Admitted to practice in 2023. Ms. Lezcano’s practice centers on corporate and transactional law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, project finance and development, foreign investment, regulatory compliance and estate planning. She regularly advises foreign and domestic clients on cross-border transactions, including due diligence processes and contractual matters.

Ms. Lezcano received her Bachelor of Laws (Summa Cum Laude) from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, in 2023, and is completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), expected December 2026.

Ms. Lezcano is fluent in English and Spanish.
