Luis Mauricio Jacobo Arenas

Associate Attorney at Headrick Rizik, Álvarez & Fernández. Admitted to practice in 2024. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general business law, banking and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, consumer protection law and corporate law. Assists national and foreign financial institutions in project financing transactions, as well as investors in the establishment and development of projects in the Dominican Republic.

Received his Bachelor of Law, Magna Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), with a concentration in Corporate Law.

He is fluent in Spanish and English, and has advanced knowledge in French.
