Miguel J. Linera

Associate at Headrick. Admitted to practice in 2020. Mr. Linera concentrates his practice in matters of civil, corporate, and transactional law with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, project finance and development, and foreign investment. He regularly assists foreign and domestic clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, syndicated and direct loans, project financing, corporate reorganizations, and regulatory matters. Additionally, Mr. Linera has experience assisting with transactional and regulatory aspects of the energy market in the Dominican Republic.

Mr. Linera received his Bachelor of Laws, magna cum laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2019 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporation Law from New York University in 2023.
